  • What is the refund policy?

    Due to the nature of the services, the only time we will issue a refund is if you cancel before the course opens. For example, you buy the course during a pre-enroll phase, but it doesn't open up for another week. During that time you could cancel and receive a 100% refund. However, if you purchase a course and it's already open, we will not issue refunds for any reason. If you have any questions prior to purchasing the course, please contact us.

  • What is included in the lifetime access?

    The course, the private community group, and group coaching is included if you purchase a lifetime access plan. This includes any updates that are made to the course over time. If you opt to pay for the 12 month access plan you will have to everything above, but for a year only from the time you signup.
